IF an NRI client's Daśā lord signifies the 12th house (foreign lands) AND the 9th house (fortune and travel) simultaneously, THEN the period abroad is structurally supported — the chart is aligned with the life they are actually living, not the one they left behind.

IF the 2nd house lord (accumulated wealth) and the 11th house lord (gains) are both activated in the operative Viṃśottarī Daśā (विंशोत्तरि दशा), THEN the financial window is open regardless of which country the client lives in — planetary periods cross borders. Remedies must also be adapted for the country of residence, not prescribed as if the client is in India.

IF Vastu analysis of a foreign property shows a directional conflict with the primary earner's Lagna lord, THEN the financial obstruction has a spatial cause that can be corrected without demolishing the structure — I have applied this across properties in the UK, UAE, and USA.

What I disagree with — stated directly:

Most Indian astrologers prescribe remedies for NRI clients that require visiting specific temples, performing rituals at pilgrimage sites, or obtaining materials that are unavailable abroad. I reject this as practical guidance. A remedy that cannot be performed where the client actually lives is not a remedy — it is an instruction to fail. Every remedy I prescribe for an NRI client is achievable in their country of residence. Mantra practice, numerical corrections, directional Vastu adjustments, and timing-based decisions do not require the client to be in India. The planets are the same in Houston as in Haridwar.

I will not prescribe a remedy that an NRI client cannot practically perform in their country of residence. I will not give a foreign settlement verdict based on Rāhu's presence in a house without examining the full context of that placement. I will not confirm a financial prediction without checking both the D1 and Navāṃśa for agreement. I will not give an absolute prediction without stating the conditions that make it valid.
