Cancellation & Payment Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026. A consultation is a personal, live service. This page explains our assurance — the past-present-future reading that proves itself in front of you — along with how cancellations and rescheduling work, and the one situation in which a payment is returned.
1. Our assurance — your past, read first
At AstroMata, your astrologer begins with what you have already lived — the turning points, the years that mattered, the events you can verify for yourself. Only once the chart has proven itself against your real past does it speak to your present and future. That is the whole method, and it is our assurance: you see the accuracy with your own eyes, inside the session, before a single word is said about tomorrow.
We do not offer a money-back line, because the reading earns your trust in front of you — most people leave a first consultation understanding exactly why they should have come sooner. That proof, experienced live, is worth more than any guarantee printed on a page.
2. A consultation is a live, personal service
Each consultation is delivered one-to-one, in real time, by a real astrologer giving you their full attention for your booked duration. Like any personal professional service that has been rendered, the fee for a completed consultation is final. A difference of interpretation — or a prediction you would have preferred to be different — is not a service failure: Vedic astrology is guidance and timing, not a guarantee of outcomes (see our Disclaimer).
3. If a payment did not go through
You are never left out of pocket for a booking that did not confirm. If a charge fails, or money is deducted but your booking does not complete, the amount is reversed automatically by your bank, typically within 5–7 working days — you do not need to do anything. If it has not returned in that time, write to us and we will trace it with you.
4. If we do not deliver, we make it right
The one situation in which we return a payment is when the service you paid for was not delivered to you — for example:
- A technical fault on our side prevented the session (the chat room never opened, or the session would not connect).
- The astrologer did not join at the confirmed time and offered no reschedule.
- You were charged more than once for the same booking, or charged in error.
In any of these cases we will reschedule you, hold the amount as credit toward a future session, or return it to your original payment method — whichever you prefer. Just write to us with your booking reference (for example AM-2026-XXXXXX) and we will make it right, personally.
5. Cancellations & rescheduling
- Before your consultation begins (before the astrologer has joined and the live timer has started): you may reschedule at no extra cost, or hold the amount as a credit toward a future session.
- Once the session has begun: it is treated as delivered. Any unused recharge balance always stays available for a future session.
