How accurate are Vedic horoscope predictions?

Vedic horoscopes are read from your Moon sign (rashi), not your Sun sign as in Western astrology. They are computed from real planetary transits, so daily and weekly predictions reflect the actual sky. For a chart-specific prediction (vs the general rashi reading), book a consultation with a verified AstroMata astrologer.

Should I read my Moon sign or Sun sign horoscope?

For Vedic horoscopes, always read your Moon sign (rashi). The Moon governs the mind in Vedic astrology and gives the most accurate daily and weekly readings. Your Vedic Moon sign is often different from your Western Sun sign due to the sidereal zodiac.

How often is the horoscope updated?

Daily horoscopes are updated every day based on real planetary positions. Weekly horoscopes refresh each Monday, monthly on the 1st, and yearly at the start of each Gregorian year.

What is the difference between daily and yearly horoscopes?

Daily horoscopes reflect the Moon's transit and short-term planetary aspects. Yearly horoscopes reflect slower, more impactful transits — Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu, and Ketu through your rashi. For deep yearly predictions specific to your birth chart, a personalised reading is essential.

Can I trust online horoscope predictions?

Online horoscopes give a general reading for everyone of your rashi. They are useful for daily themes but cannot replace a chart-specific reading from a qualified astrologer who reads your unique birth chart, dasha, and transits together.
